If
it were not for Mindy Reed, I would not have finished this book.
She encouraged me when I did not think I could go on, inspired me
when I felt hopeless, held my hand when I was in despair and walked
me through the whole process with good cheer and humor.
Jan Guest: The Unexpected Guest

A
very special thanks to Mindy Reed, My editor and friend who gently
pushed and strongly encouraged me to keep writing! She likened the
procedure to giving birth, and has been and excellent midwife in
the process.
Susan-Slay Westbrook: A World of Respect: A Guide to Making
it Happen

I
am indebted to the work of Mindy Reed, my editor, who not only helped
to shape this work but also understands diversity.
Pamela K. Henry: Diversity and the Bottom Line.

This
book would never have been possible without the vision and tireless
support of my editor, Mindy Reed. Her boundless energy, contagious
enthusiasm, patient guidance and general love for books have help
mold a capable writer with an important story into a published author.
